相手の力、動きに逆らわず、相手の意のままにさせながら自身を守り
出来れば相手も守る
そういう合氣道を追求します。
 

The meaning of 'Let it be '

Never be against your partner's power and moving.

Letting it(situation) be as it wants, defend yourself and, if possible ,defend your partner.

We pursue such Aikido.
